Lisa Moran

Corporate Compliance and
Global Business Practice
Lisa has been appointed to create a new department for Edison. As
Senior Vice President of Corporate Compliance and Global Business Practices,
Lisa’s department will work to ensure that compliance and sound business practices
promote an organizational culture that encourages ethical conduct and a
commitment to compliance.
Prior to taking on this role, Lisa served as the head of Human Resources from 2003 - 2006. Lisa originally joined the company’s Office of the General Counsel in September 2000 after working in private practice at both McDermott Will & Emery and Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
Lisa has a Bachelor of
Arts degree with a dual major in History and Art History from Georgetown
University. Lisa is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center, where she was awarded the Equal Justice Foundation Award for Commitment to Public Service and the Dean’s Certificate, and was the articles editor of the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal.
