Welcome_DP

Our aim is to work in partnership with your community to help create, maintain, and enhance great schools. Edison District Partnership schools are public schools, open to all students and funded with tax dollars.

On these pages you will learn more about how Edison partners with public school districts and/or state governments, taking responsibility for implementation of the educational program, technology plans, and management systems. Edison is accountable to local authorities for the performance of every one of our partnership schools.

Edison’s model offers public school authorities all of the benefits of a private-sector company with 10+ years of school management experience and millions spent on research and development. Those benefits include:

  • customization, implementation, and support of our research-based, proven school design and curriculum;
  • the ability, through greater efficiencies, to drive a larger percentage of educational expenditures to the classroom;
  • an intensive professional development and leadership development program for principals and teachers;
  • classroom use of our powerful, monthly electronic assessment tool, the Benchmark Assessment System; and
  • increased emphasis on accountability and achieving improved academic performance.
