David joined Edison in December 1998 as the Deputy General Counsel. Prior to that he was an associate in the law firm of Shea & Gardner in Washington, D.C. David is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center, where he was awarded the Michael Feldman Award for outstanding advocacy.
