Parent Association and Accountability

Parents are invited to serve on the Accountability Team. This team also serves the traditional functions of a parent association such as fundraising, event planning and student enrichment. Please join us as we improve student achievement and continue to build a positive learning environment. The Team meets on the first Tuesday of every month at 6 pm. Please contact Principal Dr. P. Volunteers

Emerson-Edison Academy welcomes volunteers in our classrooms and throughout the building. Opportunities can also include at-home assistance and before or after school time slots. If you are willing, we will find a way to use your time well. Contact Cindy Taylor at 570-7822 ext. 1083 for scheduling and additional information.
 

Parental Involvement Opportunities

Parent involvement is crucial to Emerson-Edison's educational program. We know that parents are eager to participate fully as the first and continuing teachers of their children. Get to know your child's teacher and let the teacher know how you would like to help in our school.
