Missouri bill SB 798, also known as "The Charter Schools Act", Derrick
Thomas Academy is in the charge of a board of directors. All board
meetings are open to the public. Meetings begin at 6:30
p.m. on the third Tuesday of every month and are held in the Board
Room at the school.
