Tonya joined Edison in November 1998 as the Vice President of Start-Up Schools. Previously she served as General Manager of Haircare for Neutrogena, Inc., a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, and then spent three years at Ultrafem, Inc., a womens' reproductive health care company, first as the Senior Vice President for Marketing and Sales and then as the Co-President.
