Duluth’s Edison Charter
School is governed by
The Duluth Public
Schools Academy (DPSA) Board. As required under charter school law,
the majority ofour board is teachers. They are joined by parent and community
representatives. The Duluth Public Schools Academy is a not-for-profit
501c3 that governs our school and has a contract with the national company,
Edison Schools, to manage our buildings.
