Admission to the Dayton View Academy is granted without preference to gender, race, color, or religious background. Information about the admission process can be obtained by calling Allison Ringer at (937) 567-9426, ext. 1116, or by email at aringer@daytonview.edisonschools.com.

To complete the enrollment process you will need to do the following:

1. Complete one application for each child you wish to enroll.
2. Complete all of the information on the application.
3. Please attach copies of the following and return with completed application in person:
   • Proof of residency (utility bill, lease agreement, etc.)
   • Child's current immunizations
   • Birth Certificate
   • Social Security Card
   • IEP and MFE (for special education student only)
   • Custody Papers (if applicable)
