The Process Manager will be responsible for evaluating and improving efficiency of the organization by driving process improvement initiatives throughout Edisons headquarters and businesses. The Process Manager report directly to the SVP, Business Operations. Responsibilities · Develop, implement and support processes improvement initiative using Six Sigma methodologies to simplify and improve operations · Lead cross functional teams to drive process re-engineering efforts for identified processes · Investigate and propose opportunities for process improvement throughout the company · Manage priority list of processes to be re-engineered · Manage and/or provide oversight for all process re-engineering projects · Manage the documentation, publication and annual review of all processes, policies and procedures · Support and ensure the implementation of new/revised processes · Assist the organization with change management efforts needed as a result of newly implemented processes · Develops metrics for measuring successful implementation of new processes · Ensure process owners and functional leaders are provided the business support required to develop, implement and sustain process changes · Promote the use of the latest/most effective methodologies for efficiency, cost measurement and productivity throughout the organization
