| Human Resources Technology Manager Location: New York, NY School: Human Resources Position Summary: The HR Technology Manager will lead all HR actions in support of systems solutions. Will work closely with IT group in the strategy, design, selection and implementation of information systems to support company-wide HR processes. Position reports to the Director, HR Service Center. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: HR Technology Management · Develop Edison's HR technology priorities and establish sourcing strategy in conjunction with IT. · HR leader for the implementation, integration and interdependencies of all HR technology projects. · Liaise with Director of Service Center and Service Center Manager to identify future HR technology requirements, analyze HR needs and define opportunities to leverage existing Edison technology. · Business contact and liaison with IT department for all HR related systems solutions and products. · Coordinate with IT for technical resources and effective oversight of HRIT projects. · Provide deep system, program and process expertise for HR and IT team members. · Develop detailed business requirements for HR technologies. · Build the business case for sourcing and installation of new systems/applications as required. · Maintain awareness of HR program plans and the potential impact of those plans on current and future HRMS functionality. · Develops strategies to standardize HR administration and reduce costs while improving service levels. · Select and manage technology vendors as appropriate, in coordination with IT. · Establish and maintain service level agreements with vendors. · Identify, implement and maintain service center technologies.
