Edison Schools Announces Expansion of Schools in Wisconsin Tuesday, February 20, 2001 Edison announced that it will be opening a second charter school in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in partnership with the Milwaukee Urban League. The Milwaukee Urban League Academy of Business and Economics will open its doors in the fall of 2001 to 672 students in kindergarten through grade 5. There is a five-year management agreement with the Milwaukee Urban League.
