At the discretion of each school principal, family members also have a role in shaping parts of the schoolís program and policies. Toward this end, each principal convenes an elected representative body, the Parent Advisory Council. The PAC meets regularly to provide support as needed to achieve school-wide goals, communicate the concerns and ideas of families, and contribute to policy decisions.
