Edison establishes Family and Student Support Teams in each school to develop individual plans for each child's educational development, engage classroom teachers in creating school-wide and individual plans, and create linkages to a consortium of social service providers. The FASST is a modified extension of Success for All, Edison's reading program, and is intended to support student achievement, attendance, and parental involvement.
