Position Summary:
Edison is currently looking for a qualified Web Resources Manager to support the companys internal web resources. This position is responsible for the content and functionality of the internal web sites, providing maintenance, ongoing development, troubleshooting and analysis of all changes and enhancements to the websites and internal custom web applications. The current intranet web server and newsgroups use Netscape Collabra, but all content is being transitioned to a content management system based on Zope.
Special Skills/Experience Required:
Candidate must have solid knowledge of HTML, ASP, CSS, Photoshop, Javascript and Python. The position also requires a general understanding of CMS functions, including roles, permissions and workflow. UNIX/LINUX administration and experience with Zope and Plone are essential. Working knowledge of VB and databases a plus. You must also possess strong documentation and communications skills, including the ability to manage a project solely and efficiently. You must be a team player, enthusiastic, customer service oriented and willing to learn.
