| RVP of Edison Alliance Location: SC School: Position Summary: Accountabilities: · Deliver achievement results · Proactively manage client relationship(s) · Deliver P&L; as specified in the Development phase Reporting Relationships · Reports to President of the District Partnerships Channel · Dotted line report to this position is the Achievement Advisor(s) assigned to the portfolio of schools under the RVP of Edison Alliance's responsibility · Principals are not direct reports, however the RVP of Edison Alliance will work closely with the principal and the leadership team to ensure delivery of the academic program and results · There is no Area Financial Manager for the Turnaround schools. The RVP of Edison Alliance will work with Division Controller with regard to any fee issues or projection Key Responsibilities: · Maintain positive relationship with client, meet client expectations ·Lliaison with district designee · Maintain relationship with Supt, Board and community · Ensure strong parent relationship · Develop relationship with local media and elected officials as needed · Develop relationship with funding/grant district personnel, Title I director · Identify means to continue and expand the relationship with the district beyond the existing contract (e.g., additional schools, transition to TL account) · Lead the implementation of any other Edison products and services contracted with this client (e.g., district-wide principal leadership) · Responsible for transition at the end of the contract · Build site capacity during the course of the contract · Work with Achievement team and school personnel to implement achievement plan identified in the diagnostic phase · Ensure school leadership strength · Implement PD plan · Implement benchmark and technology plan · Ensure appropriate achievement, curriculum and instructional support · Adapt plan based on experiences · Lead the implementation of principal leadership development plan · Deliver bottom line NSI · Ensure fee is maintained and paid · Ensure that site based expenses do not exceed budget
