| HRIS Specialist Location: New York, New York School: Headquarters Position Summary: Position is Temp to possible Perm. Develop or assist the HRIS manager in the enhancements, upgrades, and restructuring of all HRIS applications; Assist in the development of data structure for new HRIS system (Lawson) Create and maintain Lawson employee groups; Participate in the testing of system integrity during conversion and ongoing processes Data migration from legacy systems Manage, monitor and maintain the day-to-day processes and all ongoing implementation projects of current and perspective HRIS Design and create ad hoc reports utilizing various reporting tools (ReportSmith and Crystal Reports ultimately) Act as liaison between HR and payroll Assist and or audit administration of employee benefit plans including but not limited to: billing, annual open enrollment, employee communications, resolving claims issues, reporting and testing Overall responsibility for review of data entry and data integrity of our employee database, liaise with payroll on compensation issues, support the HR Generalists with projects such as; compensation programs, performance review process and termination analysis. develop and maintain user support and training for the NY and Out Of State Offices; provide support to the Time and Attendance tracking; work independently on HR programs and projects
